Skipping Stones Feature Friday!

Good morning!

Anyone living close to me in PA, you probably witnessed the rain and thunderstorms.  It was a creepy, eerie night and just perfect to make this card!

Perfect card for the weather last evening.

I absolutely loved the Clean & Simple #212 sketch for this card.  I have a bunch of Halloween patterned paper that was easy to put together to make this perfect card.  The only trick is to use a neutral background for that center layer so that you can stamp your sentiment on top of it and it doesn't get lost.

I loved the green in the pennants and decided to go with that for the base and I think it was the perfect color!

Here's the sketch from Clean & Simple

This card is also going to be mailed to UT MD Anderson hospital for the Breast Cancer patients.  It fits the HYCCT1211 challenge which was to make a Halloween card.  I thought this would be perfect for someone to say "Hi" during this time of year!

Materials Used:
Skipping Stones Designs - Happy Halloweeenie stamp set
DCWV patterned paper - Ghosts and Goblins
PTI - New Leaf and Fine Linen cardstock
PTI - True Black dye ink

Thanks for stopping by today!
